Location: Alabama Responsibilities: Contact targeted customers and prospects to market seed, plant food, crop protection, and agronomic services that enhance the producers goals and profitability. Use problem solving skills and solutions to resolve on-farm agronomic issues. Utilize all sales tools such as precision ag tools, crop scouting, finance plans, and other business solutions to enhance customer relationships. Utilize efficient time management in marketing to customers and prospects that result in increased profitable sales. Continue to grow personal knowledge of agronomy and business to improve problem solving skills. Manage the team. Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in an Ag-related field or equivalent education and experience Minimum of three years experience in crop production, sales, or marketing Must have prior P&L responsibility Excellent agronomy technical knowledge with the ability to obtain CCA Excellent one-on-one sales skills or communication with the ability to form business relations quickly Strong work ethic with experience in balancing work/life issues Proven self starter with the ability to form lasting business relationships Prefer Certified Crop Advisor designation Email your resume to wpg@pswrecruiting.com |
